The Jackhammer JH-1 is another new model for Marshall, issued in a sleek, metal housing that looks as good as it sounds. This pedal has been designed from the ground up to be the most extreme Marshall distortion pedal ever. Three of the controls on the JH-1 are concentric, meaning that there are two controls per shaft. It's amazing to count a total of seven controls on this unit, allowing the guitarist to dial in any sound from a dark, smooth tone to an all-out roar that the February, 2000, issue of Guitar Player magazine says packs "the punch and immediacy of a Marshall JCM 800."

The EQ control is especially tasty, allowing you to get some great tonal variations. And there's lots of volume inside this rugged unit! So whether you go for crunch, singing lead tones, or an all-out banshee attack, you're bound to find what you need with the JH-1. Want to hear how great this pedal sounds?
