   Mike Keeling
           Sound engineer

Mike Keeling Mike (aka Terrible Excuse) hails from Tooele, Utah. There doesn't seem to be much to do in Tooele, except look at the many monuments listed on their website!

Mike has always had an affinity for things electrical. Whether it be fixing a toaster, or restoring a vintage guitar amp, Mike's never been afraid to "solder first and ask questions later."

As the sound engineer for THE EXCUSES, Mike uses his horsetrading expertise to ensure that the band has top-notch gear in its arsenal. Mike also uses his ears to make certain that the band always sounds their best. Does he do a good job? When he's introduced during a performance, he always gets an enthusiastic response from the audience. That's proof positive that Mike's skills are appreciated by everyone in attendance.

Mike's favorite song performed by the band is their rendition of "Keep Your Hands To Yourself" (originally performed by the Georgia Satellites). His favorite group, other than THE EXCUSES, is the Guess Who.
